I find this class very helpful. He was engaging and gave a few examples for self-care that I did not know is considered self-care. However, when you think about what he suggests and follow through it works. For me meditation in the morning but after I feed my 3 hungry dogs and before my tea. My own self-care is taking a long bath and reading a book. I never really looked at that as self-care but I think it will constitute as that. He is a very engaging teacher and I find his voice to be very relaxing and he is very organized too. I am waiting for him to teach us to juggle.
This class provided lots of ideas for managing your self-care. It's such a buzz-word these days and it is a timely addition. I'd recommend this class to anyone who is interested in lifestyle, fitness, and healthcare.
